Is this legal advice?

No. Solace360 provides organizational tools and plain-language general information, with clear flags for the moments a licensed attorney is genuinely needed.

Who can see our family's information?

Only the people you invite, with the roles you give them. Sensitive numbers can be locked with encryption that happens on your own device, so nobody else can read them — including us. You choose how much of the plan that lock covers.

We're in the middle of it already. Is it too late to start?

Not at all. Most families find us after the funeral. Answer the questions honestly and the roadmap starts exactly where you are.

What if we don't know the answers?

"I'm not sure" is always an acceptable answer — it simply adds a step that helps you find out.

What happens to our documents if we stop paying?

Nothing is ever deleted. If a subscription lapses, the vault locks — you can still open and download everything already in it, forever. You simply can't add more until it is active again.
